How it works
What you want, how many, and the day you need it — at least 48 hours out. Give her longer for a tray.
She comes back to say the batch is on and what it comes to. Nothing is baked before that.
She’ll set the time and the spot when she confirms. Catch her at a market and it’s the same cookie.

“When I bake I put the music on and watch somebody perform. It’s like I’m using that energy to create.”
1982 for the year the music was made. Studio because that is what a kitchen is when something is being made in it.
